You are going to do
Beginners
*Practice your hop 1,2,3's and change 2,3's for 5 minutes.
*Do your jig 1st and second step without stopping 10 times.
Dublin
*Do your bicycles on each leg 20 times. Use chairs if you're newer to this trick. Focus on getting the "3" kicks in.
*Do each of your dances 5 times with music.
*Slow Hornpipe-have right and left foot down of what has been taught.
Derry
*Do your bicycles on each leg 20 times. Focus on getting the "3" kicks in. Double slices 20 each side trying to get the last kick higher than your hips.
*Hard shoe-TJ music and 1,2 hop back up click down. You must have the click higher than your hips, arms stay in, and get the "click" 10 times on each leg. If you do not do get one those things, it doesn't count ;)
*Do each of your dances 5 times with music.
Donegal
* Double slices 20 each side trying to get the last kick higher than your hips. 20 "turns" each side stopping after the turn to make sure you got entirely around.
*Hard shoe-
*Do each of your dances 5 times with music.
Belfast/Galway
*Do an entire song of toe raises without stopping. Song must be longer than 3 minutes
*Do each of your dances 5 times with music.
